The Sale

This cedar on the hill, alive with light,
This cut throat of the sky that hovers low,
Buy this memory, buy this sight
Everything must go.

Sarah Clark first performed her work on BBC Radio 4’s Ear Candy series alongside Stephen K Amos and Francesca Beard. Many performances later, she now hosts poetry slams in the Scottish Borders. She is widely published in poetry journals, and soon to appear in The New Writer and the New Voices Press anthology. You can follow her on https://twitter.com/Sara_A_Clark]
